It is my distinct pleasure to welcome you to the International Maarif Schools Georgia, a proud member of the Turkish Maarif Foundation’s extensive global education network. Turkish Maarif Foundation was established by Turkish Republic in 2016, to conduct educational activities abroad, now active in 55 countries from kindergarten to high school, universities, dormitories and education centers with more than 500 educational institutions and with more than 70.000 students.
Education at International Maarif Schools Georgia involves more than providing academic instruction. We are paying attention to nurturing and developing our students academically, spiritually, emotionally, and physically.In this context, we act within the framework of a competent and virtuous human conception, and we shape our educational content accordingly. We educate our students to be successful in scientific fields, capable of critical thinking, learning to use modern technology for the sake of humanity and our natural environment, possessing a local and global perspective, intellectually free, tolerant, and respectful of ethnic and cultural differences. In doing so, we help our students discover their potential and develop their skills.
The Tbilisi Campus of International Maarif Schools Georgia is located in the Lisi region, which stands out for its natural beauty. Our students have the opportunity to receive education in a spacious and distinguished environment surrounded by nature. Together with the Cambridge International Education we offer at our Tbilisi Campus, we are one of the few schools in Georgia accredited to this system. Additionally, we also implement the Georgian curriculum at our Tbilisi Campus, providing local education opportunities for students and parents who request it. Our Marneuli Campus of International Maarif Schools Georgia is located at the entrance to the city of Marneuli, offering our students unique opportunities in terms of transportation and facilities. At our Marneuli Campus, the local Georgian curriculum is fully and successfully implemented. In short, we educate our students in a safe and positive environment, in line with global standards.
On this occasion, I am proud to be serving in Georgia, a neighbor, historical ally, and strategic partner of the Republic of Türkiye, and I hope that our educational activities and graduates will contribute to the development of deep relations between the two nations.
